These PowerPoint templates may be used by Finance & Administration staff when creating presentations.

The font (Arial) and colors are consistent in all templates. There may be times when using alternative fonts and colors is necessary, but whenever possible, using consistent fonts and colors makes for a more aesthetically pleasing and easy-to-read presentation and also helps with Finance and Administration branding.

All templates have several Master Slide options for creating various types of slides. To use: select the “New Slide” button on the top left of the screen, and you will be shown a list of slide options.

  • The website of your specific department may be substituted for the general Finance and Administration website address.
  • Not all parts of the signatures above may apply to you, such as department name, building name, or mobile or fax number.
  • The approved font for signatures is Arial, with the font size 1 or 2 point sizes below what you usually use for your email body.  For example, if your email body font size is 11 pt., use 9 or 10 pt. for your signature.
  • Please note that no graphical logo has been included in these samples. It is not considered best practice to include graphics in signatures.
