Set Up a Multi-Function Device

Please review our Multi-Function Device Replacement Procedures to facilitate your department’s transition to Xerox machines.

Note: You can save cost and space. Most Carolina Managed Print Services copiers can be used as a printer or fax in addition to copying your documents. Email to inquire about setting up these features. There is no charge for setting up your computer to print to the copier.

Repair Request:

If your Onyen is not accepted when entering a help ticket, type in “None” and fill in your information. Response time to email or voicemail when you have a problem will not be as swift as for an online ticket.

If this a repair request for a Xerox copier, please call 855-314-9934 and provide the serial number on the label.

Order Paper

You can order paper from Staples using the state contract, or obtain paper from UNC Central Warehouse. Please note the Central Warehouse will deliver (next day). Security Concerns

Carolina Managed Print Services’ copiers have data overwrite software installed that ensure any information from scans, prints, faxes or copies is overwritten and unavailable once the document has been produced or sent.
